I am writing to inform you that players have the right to sit out for as long as they wish during tournaments. We do not remove these players from any type of tournament.
Unfortunately, we do not allow the transfer funds from player to player in the Poker Room, and there are no plans to introduce this feature as it would go against our security policy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I can confirm that a minimum deposit of at least $20 ($20 is the minimum deposit amount and $50 is the minimum withdrawal amount)
must be made in order to withdraw.Before we can process your withdrawal we require a copy of valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) and a hardcopy of a utility bill showing your name and address. If you haven't already done so, please provide this documentation.
We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we do our best to get your funds to you within 4-8 weeks. While we strive to dispatch your withdrawal as quickly as possible, please understand that the time-frame depends on our processor’s weekly capacity. You may request a maximum of two withdrawals in a 24 hour period. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
At present we can offer you a check via express courier. The maximum check amount is $2500. Your first check request per calendar month will be free of charge. Subsequent requests will be subject to standard check-cutting fee of $40.00.
If the amount you wish to withdraw is greater than $5000, please contact Customer Service for further instructions.
Please note: - On any withdrawal, we will first attempt to credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice.
- Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from your account. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.
I can confirm that any country listed under the country drop down menu in the join section of our site that is listed can legally join our site.

You need to ensure that your time zone is correct for your PC, as sometimes the time zone on the PC can be still set to the factory default. Setting the actual time (clock) is not sufficient to correct the issue; the time zone must be reset to correspond to your local time zone.
You can change the time zone by going to
Start Menu > Control Panel > Date and Time and selecting the Time Zone tab.
You may then need to reinstall the poker client for the poker server clock to realign with your PC's time clock.
When you uninstall the poker room, any hand histories for your play up to this point will be deleted. Should you wish to keep those histories, please save the hand histories folders to your desktop before uninstalling.
